La Guenillere is a haven of peace and tranquillity with its own
garden with outside barbecue table and chairs located in a small hamlet.
The gite has lovely features with beamed, comfortably furnished lounge,
bread oven and three bedrooms, one en-suite. There is another full
bathroom with large shower and separate WC. The newly fitted kitchen has
all you will need for your holiday.
With full central heating, the gite itself provides the ideal base in
any season for exploring the Loire Valley region, its châteaux and
vineyards.
The nearest village, Noyant, which is 4
kms away, provides all your daily needs, having 2 boulangeries, a
charcuterie, supermarket, post office, chemist and doctor’s surgery,
bars and restaurants. It also has an extremely good market on a Friday
morning - well worth a visit.
La Guenillerie is within half an hour’s drive of Saumur, a beautiful
riverside town, famous for its sparkling wines, the Cadre Noir Cavalry
Regiment and the National Riding School of France. Offering an amazing
array of shops and restaurants, and a weekly market. The property is
located 14 kms from the château town of Le Lude, which also offers many
restaurants, bars and shops and has a market on Thursday mornings. It is
within easy distance of Tours and Angers with good motorway links to its
surrounding areas.
For the sports minded, there is tennis, cycling, golf courses, horse
riding, swimming and kayaking nearby. The area is renowned for its river
fishing.
There are also activity parks, zoological gardens, many châteaux and
historical sites close by.

La Guillenere est tranquille avec petit jardin et BBQ avec salon de
jardin. Elle se trouve dans un petit hameau. Le gîte comprend un grand
séjour/ cuisine neuve amenagée avec des poutres apparentes et four à
pain, trois chambres, dont une avec salle d'eau attenante.
Chauffage central au fioul, le gîte va vous donner un lieu pour visiter
la règion de la Vallée de La Loire, ses chateaux et vignobles.
Le village le plus proche est Noyant à 4 kms, avec deux boulangeries,
boucher/charcuterie, la poste, supermarché, medecin, bars et
restaurants. Un marché le vendredi matin à ne pas râter.
La Guenillere est située à une demi-heure de route de Saumur, au bord de
la Loire, renommé pour ses vins pétillants, le Cadre Noir et l'Ecole
d'Equitation National de France. Il y a plusieurs bars, restaurants et
boutiques et un très bon marché le samedi. Le gîte est à 14 kms du Lude
avec son château qui offre aussi des restaurants, bars et commerces, et
ou il y a un marché tous les jeudis. Facile pour visiter Angers et Tours
et proche du reseau des autoroutes.
Pour des gens qui aiment le sport, il y a tennis, velo, golf, équitation,
et les piscines et kayaking proche. Renommé pour la pèche à la rivière.
Il y a également, les parcs zoologiques, des châteaux et des sites
historiques tout près.
