La Petite Bijou, country cottage,
beautifully restored with quirky detail to provide bright, pretty and
comfortable holiday accommodation, with a mix of antique and modern
furniture. On your arrival you will be met by a chilled bottle of local
wine, fresh bread, milk coffee and other goodies to start your holiday.
The dining room with lovely old tuffeau fireplace and wood burning
stove, has a table and chairs for eating and for relaxing. There is a
television with satellite TV - video player with a library of videos -
DVD player with a few DVDs (please ask) and a good selection of books
for holiday reading. The accommodation has a stereo for listening to
your music.
There is a well fitted kitchen, with oven, dish washer, fridge, hob,
microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and ample cooking
utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed, the
other having 2 singles. The large, luxury white fully tiled bathroom has
a large shower cubicle big enough for two, WC & antique French vanity
unit approx 1890c with solid marble top and mirror over, bought from a
chateau.
Outside, there is a garden with barbecue, parking, terrace, outdoor gas
grill and veranda with chairs.
We also have a lake of 2000sq metres for
fishing if you would like to use it. If you are looking to buy a house

The Loire Region is steeped in history having abbeys, medieval churches,
and cathedrals. The impressive town of Saumur, just 20 minutes away,
offers river views as you drive in and a magnificent fairytale château
set high on the banks of the Loire river. It is the home of the National
Riding School and the French Cavalry links below are provided. Saumur
has plenty of boutiques, restaurants, theatres, bars and historic
buildings; you can taste the native sparkling wine, and visit the superb
market every Saturday morning. Visit the mushroom museum, or troglodyte
caves. There is a zoo at Doue la Fontaine, the centre of the rose
growing area, a small but wonderful zoo that has the proud reputation
for successfully rearing more babies from endangered species than any
other zoo in the world. The river, lakes and forests accommodate those
with outdoor interests. There is a wide range of water sports such as

La Petite Bijou, un cottage de campagne, bien restauré pour donner une
maison de vacances jolie et confortable avec un melange de meubles
anciennes et récentes. A votre arrivée vous allez reçevoir une bouteille
du vin de pays, bien fraîche, du pain, du lait, café et des autres
cadeaux de bienvenue pour commençer vos vacances.
La salle à manger comprend ancienne cheminée en tuffeau avec poêle au
bois, table et chaises. TV avec satellite, DVD y compris un choix de
DVDs et une selection de livres pour lire pendant vos vacances. Hifi
aussi.
Il y a une cuisine aménagée avec four, plaque de cuisson , frigo, lave
linge et lave-vaisselle. Salle d'eau avec grand bac à douche (deux
personnes) W.C. et meuble ancienne en marbre avec lavabo. et grand
miroir. Deux chambres, dont la plus grande avec grand lit, et l'autre
avec des lits jumeaux.
A l'extérieur jardin avec terrrasse et barbecue, salon du jardin,

Nous avons un plan d'eau de 2000 m2 pour la pêche si vous souhaitez.
