Parc St Vincent is a
privately owned site, offering a relaxing retreat for those who want
to escape the bustle of their normal routines. Found in the picturesque
countryside of Lot et Garonne in the middle of the wine region between
the Périgord and Bordelais.
In the Summer season we offer a safe, friendly, family atmosphere. We
have fun on our BBQ evenings, quiz nights, pétanque competition and we
also get involved with fêtes in local villages. Our children, Robert 16,
Francesca 14 and Chloé 9 help entertain our younger visitors and Wendy,
Sara’s Mum is always there to tend to everyone's needs. In the low
season, you can live the laid back French life style whilst sightseeing,
wine tasting and trying regional cooking in excellent local restaurants.
There is a grocery shop, doctor surgery, chemist, hairdressers and post
office in the near by villages of Lévignac.
Having lived here for 11 years we can offer high quality
hospitality. We can always sort out any emergency that might arise while
on holiday, with our local knowledge and being fluent in French, you can
relax and enjoy your holiday.

The parc offers excellent facilities for all the family to enjoy,
including reception & tourist information, translation service,
telephone, laundry room, restaurant & take away, children's play area
and a Pétanque pitch. During the summer months, you will also find
evening entertainment, swimming pool & sun terrace, children's room,
table tennis and badminton, plus fresh bread & croissants are delivered
daily. |

The local area offers a multitude of things to see and do, and is
of great historical interest with a number of castles, bastides, museums
and other curiosities open to tourists. There are sporting and leisure
opportunities locally, horse riding at Duras, a tennis court at Lévignac,
golf courses at Marmande, Tombeboeuf, Casteljaloux and le château Vigier.
There is a lake at Casteljaloux for water sports.
We have three types of mobile home available to you.
Type A: 2 bedrooms, lounge /diner, kitchen with fridge
&cooker ,shower room, garden furniture & barbeque
Type B: Double bedroom, bunk beds 2nd bedroom, lounge
diner, kitchen with cooker & fridge, shower room, garden furniture &
barbeque.
Type C: Three bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen with cooker &
fridge, shower room, garden furniture & barbeque.
Other accommodation
available:
Chalets: 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen with cooker & fridge,
shower room, covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there
is garden furniture & barbeque.
Twin Unit: 2 double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner with cooker &
fridge, terrace, garden furniture & barbeque.
Log Cabin: Double bedroom, 2nd bedroom twin beds 3rd bedroom
single bed, spacious lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen with fridge
freezer, cooker and microwave, bathroom and separate toilet. There is
garden furniture & barbeque.
General Information:
All homes have duvets and pillows, but you need to provide your own bed
linen and towels, however, there is a linen hire service on site.
Please reserve when booking your holiday.
All homes are connected to drinkable main's water, electricity and
drains. Bottled gas is provided at each home.
All homes have garden furniture & barbeque, and are fully equipped with
crockery, cutlery & glassware, cooking utensils, duvets/blankets &
pillows.
