We welcome you to our traditional French Breton farmhouse, with large lounge, colour TV, DVD, satellite TV and fully equipped spacious kitchen/diner.
There are two large bedrooms on the first floor, 1 x double and 1 x twin room with middle bathroom and on the top floor there is a large open plan double bedroom, en suite with bath/shower. A cot bed and travel cots are available upon request.

To the rear of the farmhouse there is a separate annexe with its own entrance and rear staircase. This has a fully equipped large kitchen, separate lounge area with colour TV and DVD. On the first floor 1 x double bedroom with mezzanine floor area with 1/2 single beds and en-suite with bath/shower. The annexe is completely private and self contained, ideal accommodation for two families or to rent individually.
Outside there are 8112 m2 of private beautiful mature/tranquil gardens with plenty of garden furniture for you to sit and eat outside and barbecue. We have table tennis and bikes for you to use. There is also an orchard, two large level fields to play in, a vegetable garden... why not pick your own fresh organic produce! plus numerous trees and shrubs.

The local area.
There are many gorgeous beaches some 20 minutes away and are often un-crowded, even in summer. They are level and safe for children to bathe and the sea this summer (2006) was unbelievably warm! There is a wonderful family attraction 'Oceanapolis' (huge aquariums) to visit at Brest, a great family day out, brochures are available, La Recre, a theme park also nr. Brest, good fun and the rides are free. Golf courses are at Brest Iriose (20 minutes) Benodet (30 minutes) and Foret de Fousenant (30 minutes) nearby, we can personally recommend all of the above. Nearer to home we have professional horse riding stables 3 minutes away in Saint Segal, tennis, indoor swimming pool at Chateaulin (5 minutes), the picturesque Port Launay with its pretty canal walks (3 minutes). Cycling is very popular with some good cycle routes and hiking at nearby Menez Hom.

There is a 'Casino' supermarket situated 3 minutes walk from the Farmhouse which is extremely handy, Pont de Buis has boulangeries, banks, bars and Chateaulin has a market on Thursdays along the river Aulne (noted for its Salmon fishing) as well as bars, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We are ideally situated for Quimper, Brest, the beaches, Chateaulin and sightseeing in general.
