Situated in a small village called St. Malo de la Lande, which is around 5 minutes from the nearest beach by car, this makes an ideal location for your holiday. The nearest village, about 1 kilometre away, has good facilities, including a small grocery store, and you can rent bicycles at the local garage for a reasonable price. Mont St. Michel is just 70 Kms. away, and the D-Day beaches are 40 Kms.  The seaside town of Agon-Coutainville is worth a visit, and there are lots of other attractions, such as an 18 hole Golf Club just beside the beach (and a few other 18 hole golf courses not far from Coutainville), restaurants, tennis clubs, equestrian centre, omni sports, 2 cinemas, boule, petanque, golf, sailing club, casino, fishing, lake, pedalos etc. There is also a club which runs during the whole summer for the children called 'Club Mickey'. 

We have two farms opposite us and they welcome the visitors. You can take the children to see the daily parade of the cows leaving their field just opposite the cottages. They walk just in front of the cottages and into the farm to be milked. You can even take the children to watch the milking, and they have chickens, rabbits, ducks etc. 

The Properties: are all heated and comfortably furnished, with modern kitchens, all with washing machines, and La Grange has a dishwasher. The cottages are next door to each other, giving the children a beautiful large, safe play area with slides, swings, wooden cabin, plastic pool etc. There is ample parking, garden furniture, and BBQ areas.

Corner Cottage: has a kitchen, a living room with open fireplace, and a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.  There is also a lovely cosy little library room with a bookcase in the old fireplace, two-seater sofa and a winged armchair. From this room you have a little ladder, which takes you up on to a mezzanine, (It would have to be at the parents discretion whether or not the children are allowed to enter the mezzanine area) and it has an open loft area with a barrier.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 

Pear Tree Cottage: has a shower room, kitchen, and a living room with open fireplace downstairs.   Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a drawer bed under one of the single beds.   There is a stone terrace running the full length of the house BBQ area.  Nice big garden with parking area.

La Grange: is an old converted barn.   It is a mix of old and new, with large patio door windows opening onto a terrace, and a fireplace in the living room / dining room.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and a drawer bed.   The bathroom is very spacious, with a large corner shower, and two wash hand basins. 

Margarite: is just next door to La Grange.   This property has the same nice big patio doors onto a terrace, and the living room / dining room / kitchen are all open plan. Upstairs there is a shower room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with bunk beds.
