Situated in the northern end of the beautiful Lot et Garonne, near historic Villeréal, La Grange is an old barn that has been converted into a comfortable house. It is equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, has three bedrooms and a mezzanine.

La Grange also has a wood burning stove in the living room and individual electric heaters in the bedrooms.

The living room is comfortably furnished and also includes a colour TV. The kitchen has all amenities: refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave/oven.

The bathroom downstairs is equipped with a large shower and a washing machine, plus there is a separate toilet. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet and a wash basin.

There are two terraces with a barbecue outside.

Both houses share a large swimming pool, 5m x 11m with 4 deckchairs for lounging and sunbathing.

There is a splendid view over the fields, you can go for a walk, wherever you want and have surprising meetings with lizards, owls, deer, squirrels and beautiful wild flowers like orchids.

In the neighbourhood, within a distance of 5 to 15 km you'll find the historic "Bastides" like Monpazier and Monflanquin and there are lots of activities in the summer months. The region is famous for its cuisine with many good restaurants available for your enjoyment.
