Near the market place, Cannes-le-Village, and just 50m from the sea, the apartments are in a 3-star apartment building right on the beach, designed in the traditional style of the big hotels here in Cannes. It has a vast reception area opening onto lovely gardens with a beautiful circular swimming pool, which has a central island. The Boulevard du Midi which is a lovely beachfront boulevard runs in front of the apartment building and is a popular pedestrian street with palms, beautiful flower beds and restaurants. There are several shops nearby for food provisions.

Nearby is the village of Mandelieu, which has an excellent golf course and 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach. In the hills behind Cannes is the elegant old town of Grasse, famous for its perfumes and essences and surrounded by mimosas and the fields of roses and other flowers.

Use of the child friendly swimming pool, unheated, is naturally free of charge, but in high season there is a small charge for sun beds.

The Apartments: are on the 5^th, 6^th or 7^th floor of the building. They each have two rooms and a large balcony with wonderful views of the beach, the Mediterranean and of the pool and gardens, where you can sit and watch the sun set over the Esterel Mountains. The one on the 7^th floor has a balcony facing due south, offering more privacy, and although the balcony fence is solid, it still affords a panoramic view along the bay.

They have an open plan living room with convertible sofa beds and a kitchen / dining area, equipped with hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. The satellite colour television has English, French, German and Italian channels.

There is underground video security parking as an optional extra and access to the beach through a short pedestrian tunnel. Although there is no washing machine in the apartments, there is a launderette nearby. There are electric heaters in each room, and fans.
