10, Rue des Augustins, is in the heart of Perpignan, with all that this entails. The city has wide avenues bathing in the sun, all of the conveniences  of shopping, pavement cafes and restaurants that open late in the night, markets and sprinkling fountains for the enjoyment of all, in this Catalan region. The apartment is only a ten minute drive from Perpignan airport and the main railway station is only a short taxi ride away. Place Arago is within 150 yards walking distance, a typical Mediterranean square adorned with magnolias and palm trees with the statue of Francois Arago the physician and astronomer in the centre, surrounded by cafes and restaurants etc.

Accommodation:
the apartment is accessed via a private courtyard off a busy and fashionable street in the heart of the city. A large and light space on the top floor, with large French shuttered windows overlooking the courtyard below. It has a large lounge area with a high level mezzanine, a double bedroom, kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. Car parking is available in the nearby paid public car park, under the Arago square.


6, Rue Joseph Parayre, A typical Catalan house in the heart of the old town of Ceret, in one of the narrow streets adjoining the Boulevard Marechal Joffe, site of the Museum of Modern Art and lined with useful shops, attractive cafes and terraces in the shade of the enormous plane trees. The house is set on three floors with windows overlooking the winding street that runs with the water from natural springs and with distant views over the rooftops to the foothills of the Pyrenees. This self-contained house is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and comfortably sleeps two people with a double bed and an additional single bed if required.

Accommodation: The entrance from the street leads to a spacious tiled hall with stairs leading to the first floor living area and doors to a separate WC and shower room. A separate dressing room contains a fully automatic water storage heater, washing machine and storage for suitcases and clothing. The first floor living area is divided into two parts: the sitting area with east facing window, furnished with sofa bed, cassette player, and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with sink, cookers, fridge, freezer and cutlery cabinets and has a west-facing window overlooking the street. A steep stair (not suitable for children or the elderly) rises to the second floor bedroom that has been converted from two rooms, comfortably furnished with a double and a single bed, bedside tables, lamps, television, armchair and small chest of drawers.


11, Rue de Noisettiers, in the pretty village of Llauro. The apartment is in a house believed to be 400 years old that has been imaginatively restored and converted by an architect. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and has a large south facing terrace. It is situated in the peaceful, pretty village of Llauro, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, near the historic town of Ceret, close to the Spanish border and 30 kilometres from the Mediterranean.

Accommodation: is very comfortable and fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. The entrance is at ground floor level into a tiled hall with original oak beams and an open fireplace. Brick and wood stairs lead up to the apartment front door and lobby with stairs to a carpeted bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelves full of reading material. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, chairs, fridge, butler-sink and washing machine, hob, combined conventional oven and microwave. The bathroom contains a WC, hand basin, bidet and glazed shower and fully automatic water storage heater.Leading from the bedroom there is a doorway to a large well furnished sitting room The sitting-room is light and airy and equipped with a dining table, side tables with cassette player and radio, sofa bed, spare mattresses. French doors lead to a large private enclosed terrace. A barbeque can be set up outside and there are tables and chairs for al fresco eating.

Prices include all water and electricity. All visitors are asked to supply their own bed linen.
