The property is situated in a courtyard with four other houses. There is parking for one car and the house is just 3 to 4 minutes walk from the centre of this historic town. The " Ville d'Art " is a mecca for creative artisans and the
" old quarter " is a delight in which to roam and view their work. The Mediterranean is only 20 minutes away from the house and the Parc Regional du Languedoc is less than an hours drive. There are two theatres, two hotels, shops and supermarkets available to cater for your needs, plus a Saturday morning market which is a "must" visit.
The climate is usually hot and sunny as the region enjoys some 360 days of sunshine a year.

The Area: Pezenas is in the department of L' Herault, where there are a multitude of things to see and do. Wine tasting, honey tasting with visits to the Bee museum at Soumatre, festivals, exhibitions etc etc are all available for your holiday enjoyment. The seaside resort of Cap d'Agde is only 16 miles away, where you can enjoy all of the many watersports available, or drive along the coastal strip from Marseillan Plage to Sete, where you have the Bassin de Thau on one side and the Mediterranean on the other. Miles of unspoilt beaches and wonderful views will put you in the holiday mood, whilst the more energetic can horse ride or canoe on the lakes and rivers that abound in the area. The famous Canal du Midi runs into the Med here as well, from its journey all the way from the mouth of the Gironde in the bay of Biscay. For sightseeing, the area is rich in the history of the Cathars, with many medieval towns to visit including Carcassonne and the Templar town of La Couvertoirade.

The accommodation comprises: Entrance door to kitchen which has a tiled floor, exposed stone walls, fitted cupboards, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, table and four chairs and is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery. A door leads to the bathroom which has tiled walls and floor, modern bathroom suite with shower over bath and automatic washing machine. There is an archway from the kitchen into the large sitting room with tiled floor, open stone fireplace and a double bed settee. From here there is a door to bedroom 1, which has a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and carpeted floor.

From the kitchen there is a pine ladder staircase up to the second double bedroom which has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, carpeted floor and the original exposed stone walls.
