The house comprises two floors. Whilst each floor has been designed as totally self contained apartments with independent accesses, the option of being able to convert into one dwelling has been retained. A feature that would suit two families who want to holiday together and yet have their privacy.
The property is located in a small hamlet of about 20 dwellings and is approximately 5 kilometres from the nearest town of Moelan sur Mer to the north and approximately 5 minute drive from the beach at Kerfany. Kéréven is approximately a 15 and 20 minutes drive respectively from the picturesque towns of Quimperle and Pont Aven and about 40 minutes to Concarneau and Quimper. The house stands in almost half an acre of fenced garden and is surrounded by mature oak, elm and ash trees and is of modern construction built to an extremely high specification.

Upstairs Apartment – Sleeps 5: Upstairs comprises an open-plan living/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, gas hob and micro wave. There are two bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the second with three single beds) each bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging rails. There is a shower room with washbasin and electric shaver point and a separate toilet.

Downstairs Apartment – sleeps 5: Downstairs offers almost identical facilities, (but no microwave), to upstairs with the additional bonus of a patio window which opens out on to a block paved patio.
There is also a washing machine and tumble drier in the garage for the use of both apartments.

Beaches: The beaches at Kerfany and Trenez are the two main beaches closest to the house. They are both within a 5 minute drive from the house. These beaches offer both sandy and rocky areas. Longer lengths of sandy beaches can be found at Pouldu a small coastal town to the south of Kergroes.

Other Activities: There are many activities within easy reach including tennis, horse riding, golf, cycling, coastal walks, and all water sports such as fishing, swimming and sailing.
