minutes walk from the medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup, the
bastide is set in a centuries old olive grove of 3000m2 with
uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
We offer 3 very spacious and high quality gξte apartments, all
with private front-door access and furnished with care in a warm and
comfortable Provenηale style. Bed and Breakfast accommodation is
available out of high season. The 12 x 5 metre swimming pool is
surrounded by wrought iron fencing and equipped with sun loungers and
parasols.
The perched village of Le Bar sur Loup is located between Grasse and
Nice at the beginning of the picturesque Gorges du Loup. Here, the best
of both worlds exists with the peace and beauty of the countryside and
the excellent proximity to the towns on the Riviera.
The village itself has good facilities, including numerous restaurants,
bakeries, butcher, general store, pharmacy, newsagent and post office.
The nearest supermarket is a five minute's drive away.
Le Bar sur Loup is located in the centre of a multitude of cultural,
sports and tourist activities which include museums, art galleries,
rambling, country walks, horse riding, fishing, mountain climbing,
paragliding, swimming, sailing, scuba-diving, skiing, snow shoeing,
tennis, golf, flying, go-karting, canyoning, gambling, wine tasting,
cycling, ... just to name a few ... and all within half an hour from the
house !
Lower Garden apartment: For this apartment rentals are
midweek from Thursday to Thursday.
The two bedroom Lower Garden apartment is 100m2 in size and sleeps up to
five people. It offers fine views over the olive grove with wooded
mountains as backdrop.
The apartment is south facing and independent from the main house, with
own driveway and private garden.
The facilities include: Own private access with parking, Two
spacious bedrooms with double beds; one of the bedrooms also has a
single bed plus en-suite toilet, bidet and washbasin. Fully equipped
kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing
machine. Lounge with dining area, including hi-fi, TV, DVD player and
selection of DVDs, Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower.
Large furnished terrace. Private garden with comfortable furniture and
barbeque. Central heating in all rooms, for winter lets.

Upper
Garden apartment: For this apartment rentals are from Saturday
to Saturday.
This accommodation is south facing with lovely views over the old olive
grove and woodlands. It is independent from the main house with its own
driveway, covered parking and private garden.
With its easy access this apartment is most suited for elderly guests or
people with walking difficulty.
The Upper Garden apartment has one double and one twin bedroom. It is
100m2 in size and accommodates up to five people.
The facilities include:
Own private access with covered parking for two cars. One twin bedroom
and one large double bedroom that includes a single bed. Large fully
equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and
washing machine.
Lounge with open fire and dining area, including hi-fi, TV, DVD player
and selection of DVDs. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin, bath and
shower. Separate toilet.
Furnished terrace. Private garden with comfortable furniture and
barbeque.
Central heating in all rooms for winter lets.
Top
apartment: For this apartment rentals are from Saturday to
Saturday.
The two bedroom Top apartment has wooden beamed ceilings and is
pleasantly decorated in a Provenηale style. It offers splendid views of
the surrounding area. This cosy yet spacious apartment of 80m2 can
accommodate up to four people. It is south facing and has private front
door access independent from the main house. A section of the garden is
set out with garden furniture for guests' private use.
The facilities include: Own private access. One large double
bedroom and one twin bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with
fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
Lounge with dining area, including hi-fi, TV with DVD player and
selection of DVDs. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Access to
private garden with garden furniture. Central heating in all rooms for
winter lets.
Bed
and Breakfast:
Bed and Breakfast is offered outside of high season.
We can
only accept bookings of 2 nights minimum.
The
rate is 80 euros per night per room, including continental breakfast.
Each double bedroom has private use of bathroom and toilet.
