A perfect location for active or tranquil holidays in the French Alps, mountain and forest views are only the start . The village is proud of its "gastronomie" and rightly so, with numerous excellent restaurants and a pub that brews its own. Trout fishing, mountain and meadow walks, tennis and cycling are a few of the immediately accessible activities. Swimming, thermal baths, river rafting and climbing are also close by. The summer season offers something for everyone including beautiful weather and cool evenings.

May and June are the best for mountain flowers, and to watch the local wildlife such as marmottes and eagles, while the summer season lasts officially through July and August. Then you can see the Tour de France, go to Montreux Jazz festival, take your mountain bike up a chairlift and cruise down, tour the mountain lakes, or simply relax. In September , when the children return to school  watch the cows come down from the mountains to the lower pastures and savour the wild raspberries and autumn approaching.

The Chalet was a family home and is equipped to provide comfort for up to 8 guests. We have a large garden in a sunny position, with BBQ and terrace.
