Within easy walking distance is the nearby village of Plelan Le Petit with restaurant, small bars, church, post office,hairdressers and supermarket. This is the perfect location for relaxing, exploring the nearby historic towns of Dinan and St. Malo - only ten minutes by car, other villages the surrounding countryside and of course the many beaches. Brittany's rugged coastline offers a wealth of wonderful scenery, its golden beaches contrasting with picturesque fishing ports and wild rocky headlands. It's naturally a firm favourite for a family holiday. Across the estuary of the River Rance, sophisticated Dinard has been a favourite holiday resort since the 1850s when rich Parisians first discovered the sandy beach. Once frequented by British royalty, even today striped bathing- tents are a cheerful echo of its heyday. To the west lie the sheltered golden beaches and charming fishing ports of St.Cast & St. Briac-Sur-Mer, while further afield, towards the picturesque bay at Perros-Guirec, the huge pink boulders, so typical of this Cote de Granit Rose, rise dramatically above the rocky shores.

The property: offers spacious, comfortable accommodation. The open-plan French style living room has exposed beams and a well equipped kitchenette with hob/cooker and fridge/freezer etc. Dining and lounge area are warmed (should the weather not be favourable) by a wood burning fire set in a traditional granite fireplace. ( There is also central heating ).TV.

Spiral stairs lead to a luxurious, first floor bathroom, a second w.c. and there is also a shower on ground floor.
Washing machine and laundry facilities in washroom annex.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds plus an extra single bed. First floor, first bedroom twin beds plus cot if required. Second bedroom has bunk beds. Sleeps 7 plus infant. Duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own linen and towels.

Outside: is a totally enclosed child safe garden of some 1500 sq metres of lawn, small shrubs and a small wood at the rear of the house. Whilst the garden is safe for children it is recommended that children are supervised due to the gardens size. For your holiday enjoyment, the property also has a conservatory, terrace, BBQ area and Tennis court, with swings and slide and Table Tennis. there is unlimited parking.

Please note that the above prices are not per person. They relate purely to the price of accommodation. The prices do not include any ferry crossing charges.
The above prices include electricity. This is often NOT Included with other Gites. A security deposit of Ł100 will be required to be given to the caretaker on arrival and will be returned on departure. Out of season bookings and short breaks are available on request
