The Studio: is contained within our recently renovated 17th century country manor house, located in south west France. The house is set in a rural and peaceful part of the French countryside, ideal for biking and walking. Come and discover the REAL France. Just a 45 minute drive from Toulouse airport and 8 minutes from junction 8 of the A62. The local town of Valence D'Agen is 3 minutes by road, and here can be found local supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Auvillar, which is seen as one of the most beautiful villages in France, is just 2 minutes away. A short 20 minute drive takes you to the village of Puymirol, which houses one of the top ten restaurants in France.

Locally you will find many leisure activities, including golf, (just 3 minutes away by car) horse riding, roller blading and an enormous lake offering a wide range of water sports including windsurfing, kayaking and sailing. Close by are many beautiful medieval towns and villages.

The Studio is completely self contained and sleeps two. It has its own south facing entrance, en-suite shower/toilet, double bed, fridge freezer, microwave, hot plates, kettle, crockery, and colour TV / video. Full shared use of the owners 18m heated swimming pool (May-Sept,) badminton, table tennis, darts, croquet and snooker. There is a private piece of garden with BBQ and furniture.

The House: is totally renovated, centrally heated and furnished, and in the listed village of Auvillar. It has 2 double bedrooms and a WC/shower room on the first floor, and on the ground floor is a large lounge and kitchen / diner with TV / video /DVD player. The kitchen is American style, and has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, cooker and microwave. The house also has a terrace. The village has won recognition as one of the most beautiful villages in France and has both shops and good restaurants. Locally you will find many leisure activities, including golf, horse riding, roller blading and outdoor swimming pool in July and August, and indoor the rest of the year. There is also an enormous lake offering a wide range of water sports, including windsurfing, kayaking and sailing.
