Situated in a quiet, rural village, the property is ideally positioned for a relaxing holiday, but also for enjoying the many activities the region has to offer. The nearby towns have a multitude of shops and restaurants, with La Chapelle Neuve and Plumelin being just 1˝ miles, and Locminé and Baud 6 miles. It is just 15 miles from the sea at Auray, and 18 miles from the interesting medieval city of Vannes, where you can enjoy boat trips and explore the Gulf and islands within it. Lorient, Josselin and Pontivy are all within easy reach, and leisure facilities in the area include golf, horse riding, tennis and swimming, not only on the the sandy beaches of Carnac, Larmor and the Quiberon Peninsula, but also at the many swimming pools throughout the region. Marked footpaths are scattered throughout the region for walkers and cyclists.

The well equipped kitchen

The Gite: Sleeps 8 people, and offers a large comfortably furnished lounge, telephone, television, and patio doors leading to the patio, with furniture for outside dining. The fitted kitchen / diner has a log burner, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine, also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and bathroom with wc, shower and basin. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two twin rooms and a double, and a further bathroom with wc, basin, and bath with shower. The property has gas central heating, making it a perfect choice for off season holidays in cooler weather.

The property stands in a large enclosed garden with ample parking.
