This detached house, close to Paimpont forest, only 4 km from rural village of Gael, which boasts shops, post-office & bars. There are plenty of nice beaches to go to when staying at the house, the nearest one being near Dinard, taking just under one hour. This beach is called St. Enoget. To get there, you follow the signs for Dinard. On the outskirts you arrive at a large crossroads, with a supermarket on your right, go straight over and take the first turning left. Carry on and follow the green mini golf signs, you will emerge in a small town square. Follow the signs for La Plage. Sables-Do'r, near St. Cast, or St. Cast itself has a vast variety of beaches, so take your pick.

The property has: kitchen with fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave. Bathroom W/C. Lounge/diner 20'x 20' with open fire. Open plan staircase to large 1st bedroom, 3+ beds, small 2nd bedroom, double bed. You also have a 1/3 acre garden with fruit trees for your enjoyment plus a gas BBQ & garden furniture.

There is a wooden shed where the garden furniture (chairs & table) and bicycles are kept.

In the house is a black information folder, which contains leaflets, and booklets, on places to go, and things to do.

Prices per week :
The house is rented at £38 per group per night, unless there are more than 2 adults, in which case an additional £1 per adult is required.
