Situated in the town of Megeve in the Haute Savoie in the French Alps, this picturesque town is an ideal winter and summer holiday location offering something for the whole family. The local sports include golf, sailing, climbing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, hang gliding, walking, horse riding, trekking, snow skiing (a total of 300 km of pistes ensures a wide range of skiing for all levels), snow boarding, swimming, bird watching and the local flora and fauna, or just relax and enjoy the mountains, with an evening in one of the local restaurants and bars. If you wish to explore, there is a main route to Geneva and its' famous lake, or brave the mountain passes into Switzerland or Italy with its' national park. All in all a wonderful destination for summer or winter holidays alike.

The compact apartment is in a chalet residence (bottom right of main picture), set in private grounds, and served by a private access road. It comfortably sleeps four adults plus 2 sofa beds in sitting room. There is a south-facing patio with breathtaking views to the peaks.
The facilities consist of: a living/dining area (seats 6) with TV, video, radio & board games; Kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, iron and board, toaster, coffee maker, fondue raclette, kettle; Bathroom with separate wc; Bedrooms are: 1 double, 1 twin ( with bunks ).
The apartment also has a terrace, garden parking, garage and garden furniture.
