Very well positioned for the superb beaches and amenities of Brittany, this cottage is in a tiny hamlet just a few kilometres from Perros Guirec, well known for it's yachts, shops and pavement restaurants and bars. Treguier, with it's beautiful old cathedral, variety of shops and market, is 4 kms. away, and the stunning coastline and beaches are between 6 and 9 kms. The larger towns of St. Malo and Dinan, with their numerous shops and activities, are about 60kms away, and Pontrieux slightly closer at 40kms. The picturesque town of Paimpol, with it's marina and tourist centre is a must, in fact the whole area offers activities to suit all tastes. The region has an abundance of good restaurants, shops, and places to visit, and a wide variety of sporting activities for all age groups. Walking, sight seeing, cycling, fishing, swimming, sailing, tennis, canoeing and miles and miles of stunning scenery...........this sums up Brittany. In the summer there are numerous festivals to enjoy, offering outdoor dining, music and dancing, often ending with a dazzling firework display to finish the evening.

The Cottage: has 2 very large bedrooms, one twin + sofa bed and one double + sofa bed, and 2 shower rooms, making it possible to sleep 6 people. There is a comfortably furnished living / dining room with open fire place, and a kitchen / diner with oven/hob, fridge, full utensils and crockery. Although there is no garden, there is a sitting area at the front of the cottage, and the rural location of the property makes this a lovely place to while away the time. Car parking is available directly outside the property.
