In countryside of outstanding natural beauty, in a region of medieval villages, the property is rurally situated in the tiny hamlet of Mamoul, about 1½ miles from the village of Comiac. The Lot is positioned in the north of the Midi Pyrenees, and is said to have the greatest variety of landscape than any other part of France, with Le Jardin du Segala being an area of outstanding natural beauty. Comiac is at the junction of the D29 from Sousceyrac and the D40 from St. Cere, Mamoul is just 3 kms. from here. It is a perfect base for enjoying the region's leisure activities, with walking, riding, tennis, fishing, swimming and boating just a few of the things close to hand. Car and bicycle hire are also available locally. For music lovers, St. Cere is the home of an annual summer festival, where one can mingle with the musicians in the medieval quarter and riverside gardens of the town. The Chateau de Castelnau Bretonoux is the venue of a full scale operatic performance in it's magnificent inner courtyard, and offers a varied programme of events through the summer season. The castle restaurant is a must, serving mouthwatering ices and with breathtaking views.

The Property: which forms part of the main farmhouse, has its own private garden with views over the surrounding farmland, there is garden furniture and a BBQ. Convenient parking is provided in the main grounds.
The interior offers a charming living room with a traditional open fireplace, with easy chairs and dining table, TV, Video, CD cassette/radio are included. The modern well equipped kitchenette has an electric cooker, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and dryer.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin which has a vanity unit. Shower room and wc are close by and heating is provided in all the rooms.
