Located in the Lavender region, just a few kms from the Luberon National Park, set in a tranquil valley 5 kms from the village of Banon, the villa is in just over 3 acres of grounds and is totally private. The region has much to offer including trips to the Gorge de Verdon, Gorge d'Oppedette, Isle sur la Sorgue, Luberon, Lac St-Croix, the regional vineyards and the historic cities of Aix, Avignon and Orange.

The Villa: is equipped for 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms and a twin. One of the doubles has its own shower, toilet and sink, and although adjoining the main property it has its own separate entrance. The lounge is open plan in design, comfortably furnished with open fireplace, dining table and open plan fitted kitchen area. It has a hob and oven, microwave, fridge and full utensils/crockery. There is a utility room with washing machine, and an additional shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

Outside: the large garden has a swimming pool (3.75m x 9m), garden furniture, BBQ and parking for 3 cars. There is also a lavender field and woodland for you to enjoy, and a large terrace for outside dining adjacent to the swimming pool.

Please note: there is no railing around the pool so it is therefore not ideal for young children, unless they are constantly supervised.
