The following three gites are all within the grounds of the Moulin, with a large shared swimming pool and have shared amenities for games etc. The descriptions of the gites below, give you some idea of the standards of this excellent accommodation.

La Chaumière, 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 / 9. Is situated in one of the annexes of the old watermill.

The ground floor consists of a spacious sitting/living room fitted with a large wood burner which can be used as an open fire. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave and a large fridge as well as all of the usual utensils. An adjoining room has washing machine and dryer, with a separate toilet also on this floor.

The upper floor has three spacious bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with bath, shower, two hand basins and w.c.
The bedrooms consist of: 1 double bedded room, 1 room with 1double and 1single beds, and an upstairs room with a large double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa, which can be separated into two single beds. A large store room is also available for luggage/cases etc.
The property is centrally heated, has T.V and video player, with a large selection of tapes for hire. The house overlooks the Bandiat and a lake which is well stocked with fish for the anglers, has its own terrace, garden furniture and BBQ to make your holiday enjoyable.
 

Le Clédier, 5 Bedrooms sleeping 10+.
Having taken its name from the turret shown next to the house where chestnuts were left to dry in bygone years, Le Cledier du Moulin is a spacious property for comfortable holidays.
Ground floor; As you enter this roomy property, you will notice the dominant fireplace which also has an ancient bread oven. This spacious room has an open kitchen / diner with seating for at least 10 persons, with the kitchen being fitted out with all modern conveniences. 
There is ample seating to comfortably watch TV with satellite and video. Also on this floor are two bedrooms for 2 persons each, a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet, and a washing machine has been installed.
On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
There is also the possibility of extra beds available.

The house is in 5,000 square mtrs of grounds which are partly enclosed and has views over the meadow and forest, with enough room for football, and to use the basketball hoop etc.
Le Moulins swimming pool is only 500 mtrs away for your enjoyment.
 

L'Appartement, 1 double bedroom and sofa bed, sleeping 4.
Located on the ground floor, it is part of the old watermill and you can still see where the brook used to leave the building to feed the waterwheel. Having a double bedroom and a sitting area with a sofa which makes two single beds, it sleeps 4 people. The open kitchen has a cooker with electric oven, fridge and a dining table overlooking the terrace. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and basin.
The interior retains many tasteful features with local chestnut wood and tiles, but also has central heating, video, and all modern conveniences.
The terrace enjoys views over the Bandiat river.
