The smart boating resort of St. Valery-en-Caux is just 7 miles away and to the west is the beautiful old port of Honfleur where you will see the spectacular bridges of Tankerville and Pont de Normandie, arguably the longest bridge in the world. For simple shopping, Hericourt is just 4 kms away, but for one of the biggest and best markets in Normandy, try Dieppe on a Saturday, or the early morning market on a Monday at Cany-Barville, 5 miles away. The nearby lake and aqua park is ideal for children and in school holidays many events are held in local towns and villages. The area is steeped in history with the tapestry at Bayeaux, the medieval city of Rouen, William the Conquerors birthplace at Falaise and his tomb at Caen. There are many restaurants locally along the banks of the river Durdent, specialities include fish and shellfish.

West wing: 3 bedrooms, (1 double and 2 twins), a bathroom, open plan living room/kitchen and doors opening on to the patio and orchard. Own garage.

Upstairs: has a double bedroom, a single bedroom a large studio/living room with 2 divans and kitchen area at one end plus 2 bathrooms.

Downstairs: has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms.

All the apartments interconnect, thus making this home suitable for large groups, enabling family holidays or organised groups, but allowing privacy when required.
