At the centre of historic Vendee, it is just 50mins drive from the coast. Situated within a hamlet of six families surrounded by fields and farms near the market towns Les Herbiers, Chantonnay and Les Essarts, five minutes from, but undisturbed by, the A83 Nantes–Bordeaux motorway. An easy three-hour drive from St Malo ferry port. There are many shops at L’Oie (4km), and activities include fishing, swimming and tennis in nearby towns or at the local lake.

Spacious accommodation equipped for families of all ages. The main bedroom with double bed, two cots and en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom and single room, also bed-settee in living room. Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, in fitted kitchen. TV, radio. Fully fitted bathroom, automatic washing machine.  Electric water heating.  
Large well-tended garden with barbecue, children’s swing and garden furniture.
