Attractive ground floor studio, situated in central Paris in the 7th Quarter, on the Left Bank, between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, fifteen minutes walk from the Champs Élysées, it is extremely convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Set well back in a courtyard, it is light and quiet. Four bakers, two supermarkets and a greengrocer are all within a few minutes walk and the famous market in the rue Cler is just ten minutes away. The district is full of excellent small restaurants. It is within easy walking distance of most of the famous monuments and attractions in the heart of Paris. It is five minutes from two Metros, Invalides, Latour Maubourg and a bus passes the door.

The Studio: The entrance is from the courtyard and a second door leads into the sitting room, which is L shaped with a beam and central wooden pillar. There is a large and comfortable sofa bed, a built-in wardrobe, an antique chest of drawers, gate-legged table and country Chippendale chair. Terracotta tiles are laid throughout and there is a large woolly rug in the sitting area. The kitchenette is well equipped with microwave/grill/convection oven, two rings, fridge and an electric kettle. China, linen and utensils are provided. Heating is by electric wall convector heater, plus a standing slimline convector heater for background warmth and a movable fan and blower heater for immediate heat. There is a radio tape recorder plus tapes and books. 

Car Parking: There are 2 underground car parks nearby, costing about 130 € (Euros) per week.
Street parking is difficult. 

Tenants are requested to leave the studio clean and tidy. On Saturdays between tenants, linen is changed and the studio is made ready for the next tenants.
