Situated at 600m altitude with breathtaking mountain and Mediterranean views, our terraced property of 3000 square metres, is in the countryside about 4k from Mons village, approx 20 mins from Fayence. On the terraces there are about 60 olive trees plus mature gardens. The organically grown produce from our vegetable garden is freely available to our guests.

We are 1 hour from Nice airport, 50 mins from Cannes, St. Raphael and Grasse, 25 mins from Lac de St. Cassien ( swimming, windsurfing, fishing ) and 35 mins from the A8 motorway. The beautiful hilltop villages of Mons, Montauroux, Callian and Fayence are nearby.
 

The entirely self contained , ground floor apartment is attached to the owner's house, but is totally private with it's own covered terrace and parking. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped fitted kitchen/dining/living area with washing machine and TV. Our new 8m x 4m swimming pool in a spectacular setting is available and is shared with the owners.
