Les Carroz is an authentic mountain village, situated between Geneva (25 miles), and Chamonix (35 miles). It is 6 miles from the A40 motorway in the Alps. In winter it is a ski resort with links to the Grand Massif ski area, and in the summer, a mountain centre. It is well supplied with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, specialty food shops and sport shops. 

The Studio: is on the second floor of an apartment block which has a lift. The block is 2 minutes from the centre of Les Carroz. The ski-bus stops outside the building or the cable-car and lifts are a ten minute walk. The studio (24 square metres) comfortably sleeps 3 people and is fully equipped to self cater, comprising of three rooms; 
kitchenette, complete bathroom and living room, (1 single bed settee and 2 single beds) with door to south facing balcony with mountain views.

Access to the village from the U.K.
Fly to Geneva then : car hire/taxi/transfer bus/train and taxi.
Eurostar and TGV/SNCF trains via Paris or Lille to Cluses and taxi/bus.
By car-600 miles from Calais (motorway up to 6 miles from village).
