La Peignardiere is a large stone  farmhouse in two acres with outbuildings built approximately about 1700-1750. Situated on the edge of the forest of Fougeres in the heart of lovely countryside, it is within easy reach of the beautiful coastline and beaches. Part of the original house has now been converted into cottages. 

The first sleeps 5 people plus one on a folding bed, it has a large lounge/diner with kitchen area downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs as well as the shower room and toilet. 

The second sleeps 4 people plus one on a folding bed. It has a lounge/diner with kitchen area downstairs with 7' wide open fireplace. Shower room and toilet upstairs.

Both properties are fully equipped with all that you need for a comfortable holiday.
