The property is large enough to sleep 15 in 7 bedrooms, but can be split into a four bedroom house and a 3 bedroom apartment. It is very private, in 2.5 acres, set high on rolling hillside with breathtaking views all around which are magnificent. You will enjoy the peace and privacy once you enter La Doliniere along with the security that the children can run around the huge gardens and play. The good size swimming pool and patio is in an ideal setting for yourselves and your children with lovely accommodation for your holiday in France. It is near a quiet country lane situated away from the village of Jarzé in perfect rolling countryside.

If a tranquil setting is what you are looking for then this is for you; a detached 100 year old farmhouse with original beams, set in 2.5 acres which can be rented as one property or split into two by dividing door: Great for two or more family’s especially elderly parents as a lot of the accommodation is on the ground floor with own facilities, thus providing one four bedroom house and a three bedroom apartment. There are two kitchens, with fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and ample cooking utensils. The living areas are comfortably furnished, with ample seating and satellite TV, and the dining room has a dining table seating 15 people. There are three bathrooms, 2 with showers, and one with a bath with shower over. All have WCs and wash basins. There is also table tennis, badminton and swings available.

Leisure facilities nearby include a number of golf courses including the fabulous 18 hole course at Bauge-Pontigne (15 minutes) Anjou Golf and Country Club. 18 holes. At Sable Solesmes. (18 holes of your choice from 27 available). At Avrille. 18 holes. At Bauge. 18 holes and the excellent riding stables/school 'La Landelle' (20 minutes). A similar distance to the north is Durtal, set on the River Loir, with its imposing chateau and a choice of good cafes and restaurants. Here are a few activities you can check out: Saumur is home to the Cadre Noir, the École nationale d'équitation (National equestrian school), known for its annual horse shows, as well as the officer school for armoured forces (tanks). Our nearest village is Jarzé, a fifteen minute walk away. It is a typical mixed farming and small business commune and has a post office, pharmacy, small supermarket, 2 bakers, a butcher/grocery and a bar.. GPS Coordinates 00-13-36 W 47-34-19 N

The grounds extend to 2.5 acres, so offer ample space for children to play. There is ample parking, terrace and veranda with BBQ.

   Cette proprété est assez grande pour accomoder 15 personnes dans 7 chambres, mais pourrait être divisée pour donner une maison avec quatre chambres et un appartement avec trois chambres. Privée avec 2.5 hectares, dans un position dominant avec des belles vues tout autour. Tranquil et sécurisé pour les enfants, piscine et terrasse, le tout en pleine campagne.

La longère date de 100 ans avec les poutres d'origine, la maison pourrait étre dévisée en deux ou louer dans l'ensemble il y a une porte qui communique entre les deux parties. L'appartement est idéal pour les parents âgées (ou pas) car il est en plain pied. Il y a deux cuisines aménagées avec frigo, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-onde et l'ensemble est bien equipée. Les séjours sont bien meublés avec TV satellite, et la salle à manger a une table pour 15 personnes. Trois salles de bains dont deux avec douches et une avec baignoire et douche au-dessus. Toutes ont les WC et lavabos. Table de ping-pong, badminton et balançoire.

Loisirs: Plusieurs parcours de golf y compris le célèbre 18 trous à Baugé/Pontigné (15 minutes), Golf et Country Club d'Anjou 18 trous, Sablé Solesmes (18 trous de votre choix du 27 disponible). A Avrillé 18 trous. Equitation "La Landelle(20 minutes) Au Nord nous avons la ville de Durtal sur Le Loir avec son château et un bon choix de cafés et restaurants. Pas loin, nous avons Saumur avec le Cadre Noir, l'Ecole National d'Equitation, et sa musée des blindés. Le village le plus proche est Jarzé à pied à 15 minutes avec la poste, pharmacie, superette, deux boulangeries, boucher/alimentation et bar. Direction GPS:00-13-36W 47 34 19 N.
