The Pool House is a lovely tastefully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom detached Swiss style bungalow set in 6 acres of land (only shared with the another house approx 100 yds away) Being a bungalow, The Pool House lends itself very well to people who are mildly disabled and can't climb stairs but there is the front door step and there are two steps going down to the bathroom and two of the bedrooms. The property is very private and is set high on a rolling hillside so the views all around are magnificent. You will enjoy the peace and privacy once you enter the private grounds, along with the security that the children can run around the huge gardens and play.
 
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin beds bringing the total accommodation capacity to 6 - besides the bedrooms there is a lovely open plan, L - shaped lounge / kitchen / dining room and the kitchen has the all the usual modern appliances, including coffee maker, toaster, grill, 4 ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

There is a fence directly outside the front door, ideal for keeping toddlers in as you cook on the barbecue, There are also electric gates when entering the property - in the front garden area is a BBQ with table and chairs so in the evening you can relax, sip wine and let the sun go down, whilst enjoying the lovely French country side. The Pool House is completely surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Loire Valley where you can find plenty of wildlife.
There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and hot tub, solar shower and swings, table tennis table, and board games.

Leisure facilities nearby include a number of golf courses including the fabulous 18 hole course at Bauge-Pontigne (15 minutes) Anjou Golf and Country Club. 18 holes. At Sable Solesmes. ( 18 holes of your choice from 27 available ). At Avrille. 18 holes. At Bauge. 18 holes and the excellent riding stables/school 'La Landelle' (20 minutes). A similar distance to the north is Durtal, set on the River Loir, with its imposing chateau and a choice of good cafes and restaurants. Here are a few activities you can check out: Saumur is home to the Cadre Noir, the École nationale d'équitation (National equestrian school), known for its annual horse shows, as well as the officer school for armoured forces (tanks). Our nearest village is Jarze, a fifteen minute walk away.     La maison de la piscine est bien décorée et meublée avec trois chambres et rassemble au chalet suisse avec 6 hectares de terrain (partagé avec une autre maison à 100 m de distance). En plain pied la maison convient au gens handicappés ou âgés qui ne pourraient pas monter un escalier. Il y a une marche pour accéder la porte d'entrée et deux marches qui donnent à la salle d'eau et deux des trois chambres. La maison est privée avec des belles vues, securisée pour les enfants.

Deux des chambres ont des lits doubles et l'autre deux lits, donc possibilité de loger 6 personnes Il y a un salon/salle à manger ouvert sur une cuisine aménagée avec cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo/congélateur et micro-onde.

Terrasse extérieure avec BBQ et salon de jardin clos. Portail electrique pour accèder la propriété. Piscine avec jacuzzi, douche solaire,balançoire,table de ping-pong.

Loisirs: Plusieurs parcours de golf y compris le célèbre18 trous à Baugé/Pontigné (15 minutes), Golf et Country Club d'Anjou 18 trous Sablé Solesmes (18 trous de votre choix du 27 disponible), A Avrillé 18 trous. Equitation "La Landelle" (20 minutes).Au Nord nous avons la ville de Durtal sur le Loir avec son château et un bon choix de cafés et restaurants. Pas loin nous avons Saumur avec le Cadre Noir, l'Ecole National d'Equitation, et sa musée des blindés.
