National Park, quiet & peaceful but not isolated, in beautiful
countryside with miles of bridle paths.
The commune of St Estephe, 1 km, has a bakery, mini-market & general
store, post office & bars. There is a recreational lake, 1/2 km, with
beach, cordoned swimming area with moored diving platform, picnic
tables, boardwalks, tennis court (free), restaurant & bar. In high
season there are snack bars, shower facilities, lifeguard & free canoes.
La Grange - traditionally furnished, renovated, detached barn.
Ground floor - entrance hall with separate toilet. Fully fitted
kitchen/dining area, large comfortable lounge with wood burning stove
and French doors leading out to the patio. First floor - galleried
landing 2 large double bedrooms, 3 twin rooms, 2 shower rooms - one with
toilet and half bath. There is a sipping terrace off the landing
overlooking lakes and woodland. Cots, changing mats, stroller, cold
water sterilizer available.

La Petite Maison - lovely cottage with entrance into the fully
fitted kitchen/dining area, a very spacious lounge with wood burning
stove. Stairs lead up to a large double room with en-suite shower and
toilet. Stairs from the kitchen go up to a very large twin room then up
to a large double and bathroom with bath, shower & toilet. cots,
changing mat, stroller. Pool 7 x 4 mtrs.
Each gite has a private driveway & parking. Outside dining area,
tables with parasols, BBQ, cushioned sun loungers, garden area. Washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, freebox TV with video,
video & book library, hair dryer, lawn games.
