The living & dining room has a feature fireplace with wood burning stove (for winter lets) leading through French windows to the sun terrace for all day sun. Just a 5 minute walk from the charming rustic village of Canet with bakery, store and bar/cafe, it is also only 5 minutes from a river with wonderful bathing.

Only 5 minutes drive away is the beautiful town of Clermont L`Herault which has promenades, cafes and restaurants for your enjoyment. A large supermarket is also available. 15 minutes beyond Clermont L`Herault is Lake Salagou which offers water sports and there are large areas for walking amongst the hills with their spectacular scenery.

South of Canet is the Renaissance town of Pezenas with shops and restaurants that are well worth a visit. Aqualand waterpark is close by and the vast choice of sandy beaches are just 35 minutes drive, including the fashionable resorts of Sete and Cap d`Agde.

Ground Floor:
Has a large lounge & dining area, the lounge being beautifully furnished with 2 large, comfortable settees and a chair, coffee table and occasional tables. There is a TV and video (with satellite), and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats up to 8 people with charming French oak furniture.

The lounge is light and airy and you can walk through the French windows onto a large sun terrace for all day sun, with patio furniture including large dining table. It has an electric awning for shade, loungers and a BBQ.
Separate kitchen – A modern fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with gas hob, grill and oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen, steps lead to the rear garden with decking and washing line.
Utility Area – Steps leading down from the entrance hall open onto a utility area with washing machine and drier.

The brand new private pool has a Roman end for easy access into the pool, which is fenced for security with pool alarm and cover if required, plus there is a pool side shower. The Mediterranean garden is well planted and safe & secure for children. The gravelled drive has ample parking and the access is via double gates, with the whole property being entirely fenced or walled.

Toulouse airport (2 1/4 Hours) (Flybe, Bmi, BA). All airports have excellent car hire firms
