Golf, horse riding, tennis, fishing, and sailing are all available locally. The local village of Seglien has a bakery, general store and bar for your immediate needs, whilst Guemene sur Scorff, an attractive market town with all amenities, restaurants, banks, bars and supermarkets is only a  5 minute drive. Pontivy  a  medieval town with lots of sights to see is only 10 minutes  drive,  Lac de Guerledain with sandy beaches, swimming, water sports, cafes, boat trips etc is close. The South coast is only 30 to 40 mins drive for sandy beaches and all that the seaside towns in Brittany have to offer.
