Set amidst a 200 acre property, with wooded park, gardens and lake, the cottage is ideally located to visit châteaux and vineyards of the Vallée de la Loire and Val de Loire. There is a large swimming pool (14m x 6m) shared with the owner, cycling, horse riding, table tennis, boating and fishing in the lake. All amenities at Château-Renault 3km away, including supermarkets, shops, cinema, tennis, banks, newsagent and hospital.

The cottage, with beamed ceiling and log fire, consists of the following: Living room with 2 beds, one double bedroom, bathroom with wc, kitchen with dining area. It has a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, cooker, microwave oven, toaster grill, kitchen robot, dish washing machine. Bathroom has shower in the bathtub. No BBQ. The lake has been fished from last winter, and Trout fishing is available in a small river that crosses the property. Horse riding and table tennis is available on site.

The cottage which is very nicely furnished with antiques and also the grounds themselves, have received much acclaim from our guests, for this, our first opening year.
