Being a working vineyard, this attractive property with pool offers the chance to pick the grapes and then, of course, drink the wine! The many local wine producers in the neighbouring Beaujolais crus, Maconais and Burgundy welcome you to visit, and taste their produce. The Duboeuf museum offers an amusing and interactive tour covering the history and development of wine in the region. There are many places to visit for day trips. Lyon - the gastronomic centre of France, with its restaurants, parks, museums, galleries and opera. Toro park zoo and aqua leisure facilities, Coursieu wolf and eagle park, Villars les Dombes bird park, or a cruise on the Saône. There are many open-air markets and craft fairs. Golf is 30mins drive, horse/pony riding 10mins drive. The area is perfect for walking although we do have mountain bikes. The village is less than 1km away and has a baker, butcher, small supermarket, cafe/restaurant and cash point.

This traditional Beaujolais house is built over the wine cellars on the 1st floor. It offers over 120sq. meters of spacious accommodation, with lots of natural light and views over the vineyards. There is a double bedroom communicating with a twin room plus cot, and a further double or twin room, which could sleep a family of four. The bathroom has a showerhead over a small bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, automatic washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer, with the dining/living room adjacent, which has a TV/video. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. The style is traditional with the charm only authentic antique furnishings could bring.

Outdoors there is a large courtyard with a shady chestnut tree, garage, BBQ, Ping-Pong, boules and badminton. The garden has a heated 5 x 10 meter swimming pool and opens out onto the vines with 360° of wonderful views.
