Located in an ideal tranquil hamlet with surrounding countryside on a 5 acre site yet only a few minutes from local amenities. The medieval town of Josselin is just 15 minutes away, the capital Rennes only 45 minutes and local beaches just 20 minutes.

The Grange sleeps 15, with 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner, lounge, private bar and children's area with books for all ages, digital TV and video.

The Farmhouse sleeps 8, and has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a large kitchen/diner with dresser and wood burner, large lounge with satellite TV and video, conservatory with slate roof and velux windows. Downstairs family bathroom with bath and shower-room.

Gite 1 (Les Tulipes) sleeps 6, and has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), WC, large kitchen/diner and lounge and a downstairs shower-room.

Gite 2 (Primrose Cottage) sleeps 5, and has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bunk-bed with double underneath and single up top), WC, large kitchen/diner, lounge, downstairs shower-room.

Gite 3 (Rose Cottage) sleeps 6, and has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen/lounge/diner, conservatory, downstairs shower-room and upstairs bathroom.

All properties have microwave ovens, fridges and washing machines and some have dishwashers, TV, video and stereo systems. All properties have their own BBQ area with table'n'chairs.

On site we have a walled 10m x 5m heated pool with sun loungers and private seating area.
Other facilities include a boules court, crazy golf, table tennis, games room with pool table, darts, horse riding trips organised for all ages and some bikes for use.
