The apartment is situated on the edge of Beziers in beautiful grounds, with an Olympic size pool and a large tennis court. The domaine is very quiet indeed, surrounded by vineyards and orchards within walking distance to the Canal du Midi. The centre of Beziers can be reached in five minutes and the nearest beaches, Serignan, Valras and Vendres in ten minutes.

The apartment is luxuriously appointed with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, several gas hobs, fridge and separate freezer. There are two satellite tvs, dvd and stereo. Garden furniture and deckchairs are ample and there is a large BBQ.

The Languedoc Roussillon is renowned for its beautiful, varied and unspoilt countryside with panoramic views over endless green vineyards, and the black mountains, (Cevennes), in the background. The Mediterranean and the mountains are situated 45 minutes from each other, the latter interspersed with lakes, rivers, fresh water sources. Its Cathar and Roman history is unrivalled and the area is famous for its Romanesque architecture. The beaches are 50 miles long, wide and sandy.

Not to forget the other famous French assets, food and wines. There are many memorable restaurants at reasonable prices and the majority of the wines have not, as yet, been saturated with additives. Visitors will remember 300 days of sunshine and many memorable sites and towns to visit such as Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes, Uzes, Pont du Gard, Canal du Midi etc....whether on foot, bicycle, canoe, horseback or ski, the Languedoc is the ideal location for all fresh air activities.
