Located south of the Loire Valley in the French countryside, classified world patrimony by the UNESCO, 30 miles south of Tours, between Descartes, birthplace of the famous philosopher, and Sainte Maure de Touraine, town of famous goat cheese, on the road between Sepmes and Marcé Sur Esves; very well located to visit all the famous Chateaux of the Loire Valley.
Accommodation: The cottage is composed of a main level with a large living-dining area with a fireplace, equipped with a convertible sofa and 2 armchairs. Satellite TV, video recorder, DVD ( new! ) CD player , books and many games, so you can bring all of your favourite CD's and movies.
It has an open, fully equipped American style kitchen , electric oven, vitroceramic cooking range, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes and kitchen utensils for 8/10 persons.
A separate bedroom with queen size bed. TV, secured closed fireplace. A first level with a lovely bedroom (3 single beds), TV & video overlooking the valley.
A second staircase that leads to the bathroom : bathtub, separate shower with hydrojets, double wash basins and hairdryer, washing/drying machine, overlooking the valley.
There are 2 fireplaces, the pool is warmed in the summer season and the cottage is equipped with a safe for your peace of mind. Other information: Swimming in the warmed-up pool overlooking the valley, at no extra charge.( open from mid-May until mid-September ).
