This luxury, secluded, 16^th century farmhouse stands on an acre of land facing south offers total privacy. Set in vineyards in an extremely peaceful hamlet less than 10 miles southwest of Bergerac and is midway between Bordeaux and Sarlat.  There is a small town nearby with all amenities.

The house is only 14 mins from Bergerac Airport, which has a daily service to and from London.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite; another with shower and washbasin, the third bedroom has shower-room and toilet; bedroom No 4 has washbasin. There is a fifth bedroom but with no facilities.

Stairs lead up to the library (with wood burner) from the sitting room.  The large dining room (30ft long) with gallery also has a wood burner for the cooler months. The large rustic kitchen leads out on to the terrace and swimming pool.  There is a laundry room  and separate toilet. 

The pool is situated behind the house in gardens and terraces facing south which captures the sun from dawn to dusk.
