Located in the heart of
the peaceful and picturesque flower award-winning hamlet of Montgaillard
(1st prize in 2003) amid spectacular rolling countryside, the property
neighbours the original Chateau site on an "island" surrounded by the
remains of the ancient moat. Montgaillard - meaning "bold elevation" -
affords glorious views stretching as far as the Pyrenees. The house is 5
km from the market town of Lavit-de-Lomagne and 12km from
Beaumont-de-Lomagne, the garlic capital of the Tarn et Garonne, with its
lovely 16th Century market square. Historic medieval attractions,
restaurants and other markets are all nearby (guide provided upon your
arrival). Sports facilities in the vicinity include golf at the
magnificent Chateau de Terrides, tennis, horse riding, watersports on
the stunning 1,000 acre lake at St Nicholas de la Grave and aquatic
parks. We are 45 minutes north west of Toulouse international airport
