Between the sea and the mountains, in the magnificent protected landscapes of the Verdon Regional Park, just a few kilometers from the historic sights and tourist attractions but sheltered from the bustle of city life. Less than an hour by car is the Verdon Gorges, Luberon park and Aix en Provence and 1½ hours by car from the wonderful coast and St. Tropez, Marseilles, Cannes and Nice. Walking, horse riding, rafting, climbing, sailing and paragliding are all available, as are numerous other trips. Sun bathe on the beaches around the Verdon lakes, or enjoy the good restaurants, a friendly game of boules, or simply watch the world go by in one of the terrace cafes on market day.

The property: is situated between Aups and Sillans la Cascade in private grounds of 1500 sq. mtrs with an 8m x 4m salt treated swimming pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and just 5 minutes by car from the shops and close to the river and forests. The garden and terrace is south facing with furniture and BBQ. There is a large lounge/dining room, a fully fitted American style kitchen and a basement with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedded room and a room with single bunk beds. There is a further bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. It is possible to sleep 2 extra guests on the bed settee in the living room. The property has TV, hi-fi and telephone.

Services available: your host Pierre will be on hand to offer baby sitting, Provencale cuisine, airport transfers and organise car hire, excursions and guided tours.
