Just 5 kms from Carpentras, with its shops and restaurants, 12 kms from Mont Ventoux, 20 kms from Luberon and 30 kms from Avignon. Horse riding and golf are both available not too far away, and of course, all of the other famous sights in this beautiful region of France. 

The Villa: is spacious and comfortably furnished offering a beautiful library with piano, two living rooms with stunning views, and 5 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 people. Downstairs you will find a large living room with an open fireplace, leading into a huge library with ample comfortable seating. 
A winding staircase leads to a mezzanine gallery, which is a small sitting room and offering a superb view of Mont Ventoux. The dining room seats 10 people, and is even furnished with a 'Sunday best' dinner set for special occasions. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with ample quality cooking utensils. 
Also on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, bathroom and a shower room. There is a further bedroom upstairs with a shower room, this leads on to a spacious roof terrace with wonderful views. This terrace can also be reached by way of steps from the garden.

Outside: The full size, newly re-surfaced tennis court is about 100 metres from the house, with the swimming pool slightly closer but far enough away so as not to disturb your peace. Next to the pool is a table tennis table and table football. There are 2 terraces; one with a built in BBQ, the other, south facing with a dining table seating 10. There is also a large upper balcony giving plenty of choice for relaxing.
