A luxury development of five converted stone houses, in the hilltop hamlet of Loubas. Set in beautiful countryside near Tarn-et-Garonne, 10 km from Montaigu-de-Quercy and only 6 km from Penne d'Agenais, Loubas offers the ideal location for those who want to explore this historic region with its medieval towns, beautiful chateaux and impressive fortifications. Tournon, Montaigu, Beauville, Cahors, Lauzerte, Villeneuve sur Lot and  Moissac are all within reach. Famous for its fine wines and exquisite cuisine the area has many wonderful restaurants and vineyards that sell direct to the public, as well as lively markets.
For the very active, flying, golf, tennis, riding, watersports and canoeing on the River Lot are all available and on those days when you just want to relax in the sunshine there are beautiful mature gardens and a large solar heated sparkling pool, combined with spectacular views across the valley

All properties have fully equipped kitchens with all modern amenities; microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all have barbecues and garden furniture.

Maison A and Maison B are semi-detached properties which are let as one in the high season.

Maison A: sleeps six to eight. It has three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a large living / dining room with French windows to a vine clad patio that contains garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is large and airy and is fully equipped including a dishwasher as well as a washing machine in the laundry room.

Maison B: sleeps six and has three bedrooms, two bath / shower rooms, lounge / dining room, satellite TV, French window leading to patio ( complete with garden furniture), fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

La Grange: Sleeps six to eight in three bedrooms (one double room downstairs with French doors to patio). Large sitting / dining room with lofty ceiling and stairs to galleried mezzanine and two twin bedrooms and shower room. Opening onto wooden balcony. There is a shower room downstairs plus a large kitchen / diner and an attractive private garden with grass lawns and shrubs and a patio for outdoor meals.

La Grange       La Petite Maison       Le Prunier

La Petite Maison: Sleeps four to six in two large bedrooms (one double en-suite) with shower room and French windows to private patio. Handsome, high ceilinged sitting / dining room and original chimney. Large bedroom with bunk beds, shower room, light and pleasant kitchen, covered porch for outdoor meals.

Le Prunier: Sleeps two - originally a prune drying house. Beautifully restored to provide a lounge, kitchen and shower room with galleried mezzanine bedroom. Large secluded garden and patio.
