Set in it's own large private garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, Passiflora offers very comfortable accommodation. It has beautiful views across the valley, and has a 9m x 4m pool with a pool side, fully equipped kitchen, a fenced pond with Terrapins, and  terraces. 

Inside you will find a traditionally furnished sitting room with beamed ceiling, satellite TV and video, with doors leading to a covered outside dining terrace. A further door leads to a breakfast room/sunroom with dining table, and off this room is a large twin en-suite bedroom overlooking the pool. 
A corridor from the sunroom leads to a spiral staircase to access the fourth en-suite double room, with sitting area and balcony overlooking the garden.

From the entrance hall, a door leads into a large double bedroom with sitting area, with a further twin bedded en-suite bedroom leading off the first. There is a further bathroom leading off the sitting room. 
The modern fully equipped kitchen has gas hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The Dordogne is steeped in pine forests, undulating countryside, coupled with underground caverns and caves. Close by are the picturesque small towns of Bourdeilles and Brantome, where you can meander through peaceful lanes and cobbled streets overlooking the river. There are many castles to visit and the area offers wonderful places to relax with swimming, canoeing and many picnic areas. The lovely old towns of Riberac, Verteillac, Aubeterre and St. Severin are close by where local markets give a lively atmosphere. Golf, tennis, riding, windsurfing and fishing are just some of the many available activities, and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast are only 1.5hrs away.
