Combining character with modern living, Chevrefeuille sits on a hillside with lovely views over the valley. There is a large private garden and the 14m x 17m pool is especially designed for young children and nervous swimmers. It is set within a large walled terrace with it's own fully fitted kitchen equipped for outside dining. There is a children's play area within the grounds.

In the main house there is a large dining room with doors opening on to a further covered dining terrace, and a modern kitchen with built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Rayburn cooker. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 
The very large sitting room has a beamed ceiling and comfortable seating for 10/12 people, with satellite TV and wood burning stove. There are doors leading out to the terrace and garden, again, with stunning views across the valley.

Within the main house, downstairs there is a twin bedroom, with shower and toilet opposite, upstairs there is a double en-suite bedroom and a further twin en-suite bedroom. In a separate single story building there are 2 more double bedrooms, both en-suite, with a small kitchenette and a small terrace. 

The Dordogne is steeped in pine forests, undulating countryside, coupled with underground caverns and caves. Close by are the picturesque small towns of Bourdeilles and Brantome, where you can meander through peaceful lanes and cobbled streets overlooking the river. There are many castles to visit and the area offers wonderful places to relax with swimming, canoeing and many picnic areas. The lovely old towns of Riberac, Verteillac, Aubeterre and St. Severin are close by where local markets give a lively atmosphere. Golf, tennis, riding, windsurfing and fishing are just some of the many available activities, and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast are only 1.5hrs away.
